Who is responsible

Brian Jovany López Pérez, an individual based in Mexico City, is responsible for the personal data collected by this site, www.mak-tub.xyz. Contact: brian.lopezofficial@gmail.com.

What is collected and what for

When you book a call I ask for your name, your email and the topic you want to discuss. I use them only to create the appointment in my calendar, send you the invitation with the Google Meet link and, if needed, write to you about that call. I do not use them for advertising and I do not sell them.

The ideas board, once it is open, keeps the text of the idea, its kind and the name you choose to give, which is optional. Your IP address is not stored: only an irreversible fingerprint of it, to prevent repeated posts and votes.

The daruma’s chat answers from the content of this very page, inside your browser: what you type is not sent to any server. If you use voice dictation, your browser may process the audio with its own speech service (for example, Google in Chrome), under that browser’s terms.

Where it is kept and who it is shared with

A booking’s data is kept only in my Google Calendar (Google LLC), which also creates the Meet link and sends you the invitation. To protect the form from bots I use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which looks at technical signals from your browser. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes requests, including your IP address, to serve the page. Meanwhile, your IP is used in memory to limit repeated attempts and is not stored. These providers may process data outside Mexico. I do not share your data with anyone else.

How long it is kept

The appointment stays in my calendar for as long as it is useful to follow up on the call. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to brian.lopezofficial@gmail.com with your name and the email you booked with. I will answer within 20 business days.

Cookies and storage in your browser

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics tools. It may keep a cookie with the language you chose. The ideas board remembers in your browser (local storage) which ideas you voted for.
